Shari Hudspeth has been in direct sales for 24 years. Eleven as an independent consultant and leader and thirteen as corporate trainer, home office executive and president of her own business, Average to Excellence. She has been in the field as recently as 2000 to 2005, holding 150 to 175 shows per year. Shari understands what today's customer, hostess, consultant and leader wants and needs.
One of her crowning achievements was building a $14-Million-dollar organization with 140 leaders, (6 of whom today, earn over $100,000 a year), in just 6 years.
